Arizona Western College announced on March 16 that it will host its 5th Annual Enrollment Tour, an initiative aimed at supporting high school seniors as they prepare to enroll for the Fall 2026 semester.
The tour is designed to help students transition smoothly into college by offering hands-on support and personalized guidance in areas such as admissions, orientation, course registration, financial aid, student resources, and support services. The program aims to reduce the number of students who do not complete their enrollment process during the summer and increase traditional enrollment numbers.
Biridiana Martinez, Director of Outreach, Recruitment and Early College program at Arizona Western College, said: “The Enrollment Tour is about more than enrollment, it’s about showing students that college is possible, accessible, and built for their success. When students see our team on their high school campus, ready to help every step of the way, they begin to envision themselves as Matadors and take confident steps toward their future at Arizona Western College.”
The tour will feature a series of customized events at various local high schools between April 14 and May 6. Each event is tailored to fit the culture and needs of each campus using a student-centered approach. Activities are scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 2:45 p.m., though times may vary by location.
Students interested in participating are encouraged to contact their high school counselor or email Biridiana Martinez for more information. The media has also been invited to attend these events.
The Enrollment Tour remains a key part of Arizona Western College’s outreach efforts to ensure incoming students feel welcomed and prepared for their first year.
