Arizona Western College’s Health & Wellness team is organizing a series of events this month aimed at promoting physical and relational health within the community. The 2026 Heart & Healthy Relationships Fair will take place in Yuma, Parker, and San Luis.

Student Care Coordinator Adrienne Noriega said, “The 2026 Heart & Healthy Relationships Fair is an opportunity for our campus communities to come together to support physical health and meaningful, healthy relationships. Each February, this fair connects students, staff, faculty and community members with local resources that nurture all forms of wellbeing. We’re especially excited to expand beyond Yuma and San Luis to bring the fair to Parker, making these important connections more accessible across our communities.”

The event is open to students, staff, and community members at no cost. It will feature a range of resources including workshops and activities focused on nutrition, movement, art, relationship coaching, and other aspects of wellness.

The fair will be held at three locations:
– Yuma Campus (3C Breezeway) on Wednesday, February 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
– Parker Community Center on Thursday, February 12 from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
– San Luis Learning Center on Wednesday, February 18 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

For more information about the event or available resources, individuals can contact the Health & Wellness Team at (928) 344-7602 or by email at health.wellness@azwestern.edu.
