City of San Luis launches online code violation reporting form

The City of San Luis announced on Nov. 20 the launch of its new Code Violation Digital Reporting Form, an online tool that allows residents to report potential property maintenance, building, or zoning violations.

The initiative aims to improve communication between city staff and residents while supporting community-wide property maintenance standards. By enabling reports from any device, the city hopes to address concerns more efficiently and maintain a safe environment for all.

Once a report is submitted through the digital form, the Development Services Department reviews the information and may conduct site inspections or follow up with property owners as needed. Jose A. Guzman, Director of Development Services, said, “This new reporting system demonstrates our commitment to accessibility, transparency, and responsive service.” Guzman also encouraged residents to use the tool: “We encourage residents to use this tool to help maintain San Luis a safe and l-kept community.”

Residents can access the reporting form at https://sanluisaz.gov/codeviolation and view a step-by-step walkthrough video for guidance. The city expressed appreciation for ongoing cooperation in keeping San Luis clean and vibrant.
