Council Member Lizeth Servin has been selected on Aug. 13 to participate in the League of Arizona Cities and Towns’ first Civic Craft Leadership Program, a new initiative designed for local elected officials across Arizona.
The program aims to strengthen leadership skills among municipal leaders by offering advanced training, expert mentorship, and networking opportunities. It is limited to 50 participants statewide and seeks to help officials address challenges in their communities more effectively.
“I am honored to join the first-ever Civic Craft Leadership Cohort,” Servin said. “This program offers an incredible opportunity to learn from and collaborate with fellow leaders across Arizona, gain practical tools to tackle the challenges our community faces, and bring home fresh ideas and strategies that will help San Luis thrive both today and for years to come.”
The yearlong program will begin during the upcoming League of Arizona Cities and Towns Annual Conference. Participants will attend monthly virtual and in-person workshops throughout the year. All members of this inaugural cohort have received full scholarships covering all program costs.
