Of the 2,189 students attending La Paz County schools, 54% were Latino. American Indian or Alaska Native students constituted the second-largest ethnic group in the county, accounting for 21.6% of the student body.
In the previous school year, Latino students were also the most common group in La Paz County, representing 53.7% of the student body.
Ehrenberg Elementary School had the most even distribution of races among the county schools, which had 57.9% white students and 38.4% Latino students.
In the 2024-25 school year, the total number of students enrolled in public schools in the county dropped 1.9% when compared to the previous year.
