Rep. John Gillette, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 to represent the state’s 30th House District, has used his social media platform in early January 2026 to comment on international military technology and domestic political issues.

On January 5, 2026, Gillette posted: “Chinese JY-27 ‘anti-stealth’ radar of which Venezuela bought 9, all of failed to detect US incoming aircraft . Russian ADA failed to shoot down our aircraft. Their technology, ideology and strategy failed. You and Vlad can sit this one out.”

Two days later, on January 7, 2026, he addressed healthcare fraud allegations: “As I said LAST YEAR, all the fraud involving Healthcare and the democrats is not just an AZ issue, its a nation wide, coordinated scam on taxpayer funds that are intended for the truly need help, yet we see it fund the Democrat, Act Blue, NGO funding machine! Wake up or STFU!”

On January 8, 2026, Gillette added another post referencing law enforcement actions: “Way past time to arrest this idiot. Its a true example of the demoted Kelly Unlawful order… of course from a Dem.”

Gillette succeeded Christian Solorio as representative for Arizona’s 30th House District after being elected in 2023.
