Rep. John Gillette, a Republican elected in 2023 to represent Arizona’s 30th House District, has recently posted a series of tweets addressing national political issues and election oversight.

On December 4, 2025, Gillette wrote: “Let’s remind this Marxist traitor, President Trump won the popular vote, electoral college and all swing states. He has not issued unlawful orders and is enforcing laws on the books. I would also like to remind him of the oath. DOJ must arrest these traitors.”

The following day, December 5, 2025, he commented on military conduct: “Kelly makes statements to undermine good order and discipline (art 134) in the military by implying the President issued unlawful order….. and now claims typical ‘leftist Victim status'”

On December 7, 2025, Gillette addressed federal oversight in state elections: “When a state accepts federal money under the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), it doesn’t only get funding—it cedes investigative jurisdiction to the federal government. Our request for investigation have been granted. I filed several criminal referral request on the Code of”

Gillette succeeded Christian Solorio as representative for Arizona’s House District 30 after being elected in 2023.
