Rep. John Gillette, a Republican serving Arizona’s 30th House District since 2023, recently shared several posts on his social media platform discussing economic trends, education policy, and popular culture.

On February 6, 2026, Gillette posted about recent economic developments: “Government layoffs at an all time high draining the swamp, rents down 6-8% in major US cities, gas at a 4 year low. Take home wages are up and no tax on tips and OT. Just to start….your post didn’t age well.”

Later that day, he addressed education unions with a brief statement: “Teachers Union must be abolished.” This post came on February 6, 2026.

On February 7, 2026, Gillette referenced a cultural topic in another post: “Take the Bad Bunny poll.”

Gillette was elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 to represent District 30 after succeeding Christian Solorio. As a state legislator and member of the Republican Party, his statements often address current political issues and reflect his legislative priorities.
