Rep. John Gillette, a Republican representing Arizona’s 30th House District since 2023, has used his social media platform to comment on national policy and political issues.

On November 30, 2025, Gillette criticized California’s approach to gun control, writing: “California is the most regulated state on gun control, making law abiding citizens as victim. #1 in active shooter incidents since 2023. Failed Gov. Newsom states ‘he doesn’t need Trump or the National Guard’ to stop crime.. https://t.co/Eo5FbCrf91”

In another post dated December 1, 2025, he commented on federal pandemic funding: “Another Biden Covid funding policy exploited by the left. https://t.co/1Mda1k0ZWl”

On December 3, 2025, Gillette referenced statements from Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and discussed a controversial political theory: “This was the plan all along, Schumer also made a similar statement. Replacement theory isn’t theory any longer. DEMOCRATS HATE AMERICA! https://t.co/Z01770Rfy6”

Gillette was elected to represent Arizona’s 30th House District in 2023 after succeeding Christian Solorio.
