Rep. John Gillette, a Republican representing Arizona’s 30th House District since 2023, has posted several statements on his X (formerly Twitter) account criticizing Democratic officials and calling for increased federal operations in Arizona.

On February 7, 2026, Gillette wrote: “This is what dems stand for. Failed AG, Pay to play Gov, hacked SOS , keeping illegals safe from deportation and drag queens in front of kids.”

Later the same day, he urged federal agencies to take action in the state: “It is time for ICE and DOJ to ramp up operations in AZ.”

In another post on February 7, Gillette criticized a political figure’s stance on pharmaceutical companies while referencing former President Donald Trump’s prescription drug program: “Pale Feather stumping for drug companies again…. while Trump RX provides life saving meds 80% off…”

Gillette was elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 after replacing Christian Solorio as representative of the state’s 30th House District.
