Rep. John Gillette, a Republican representing Arizona’s 30th House District since 2023, posted several statements on his social media account criticizing Democratic figures and institutions.
On September 25, 2025, Gillette wrote: “Hobbs welcomed CAIR in AZ and stood with them in full support. They push Sharia law in AZ. Democrats hate America. X throttled this REPOST https://t.co/keSgdBsLzf https://t.co/daoZqD6Gu9”
The following day, September 26, he commented on the political alignment of school boards and unions: “The left keeps telling us school boards and unions are bipartisan. Everyone knows the truth… https://t.co/WHG8ArAjvQ”
Later that evening, he posted another statement alleging media bias: “We keep telling people this happening. Supported by members of congress. The fake news media continues to lie and call us racist. https://t.co/3PQOt1tOQ9”
John Gillette assumed office in the Arizona State House in 2023 after replacing Christian Solorio as the representative for District 30.
