Rep. John Gillette, a Republican representing Arizona’s 30th House District, has raised questions on social media regarding the legitimacy of certain Biden administration appointments and alleged connections between Democrats and radical groups.

On October 19, 2025, Gillette posted on X: “All good points, but the real question is how many of the Biden appointments were selected and signed by staffers and auto pen? The law is clear, it states the Executive, not Jill and autopen. Removal investigation now!” He questioned whether appointments attributed to President Biden were instead executed by staff or with an autopen, suggesting this could violate legal requirements for executive actions.

Later that day, Gillette continued his line of inquiry with another post: “How many of these judges were appointed by autopen by Jill Biden and her staff. That’s the question, if proven…. Trump can say You’re Fired!” In this tweet, he speculated about the possible involvement of First Lady Jill Biden and White House staff in judicial appointments.

On October 20, 2025, Gillette posted a further allegation: “More proof that the Democrat Communists are working with RADICAL ISLAMIC destroy America. Saraj Wahhaj, 1993 WTC bombing unindicted co-conspirator.” He referenced Saraj Wahhaj, who was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

Gillette was elected to the Arizona State House in 2023, succeeding Christian Solorio as representative for District 30.
