Rep. John Gillette, a Republican elected in 2023 to represent Arizona’s 30th House District, recently made several posts on social media concerning election security and compliance with federal law.

On March 20, 2026, Gillette wrote, “I am getting rumors that several swing state large counties also removed or disabled their ALBERT server or terminated the connection when the coordinated VOTE stoppage occurred. Please dig into this.”

The following day, on March 21, 2026, he posted another message stating, “Sure about that. AZ took HAVA funds and must comply with the law.” In a subsequent post on the same day, he added, “The government is entitled when the state accepts the terms of use of federal HAVA funds and fraud is suspected. The law is clear!”

Gillette has served as a member of the Arizona State House since his election in 2023, representing District 30 after replacing Christian Solorio.
