Rep. Leo Biasiucci, a Republican elected to the Arizona State House in 2023 representing the state’s 30th House District, has used his social media platform to share updates on legislative efforts and policy priorities.
On January 13, 2026, Biasiucci described his collaboration with Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich regarding criminal justice legislation. He stated, “When I was elected into office, I reached out to AG Brnovich and his office to discuss my desire to increase the penalties for human trafficking, child sex crimes, and human smuggling. @GeneralBrnovich didn’t hesitate to help me with legislation. Every single one of those bills”.
The following day, January 14, 2026, Biasiucci highlighted Arizona’s leadership in a movement he referred to as MAHA. He posted, “Arizona continues to lead the way on the MAHA movement! #MAHA”.
On January 15, 2026, Biasiucci announced new legislative initiatives aimed at tax reduction. He wrote, “I’m proud to report that I am answering the call to lower taxes. Yesterday, I introduced bills to remove taxes on essential groceries and to remove property taxes for senior homeowners. I look forward to these bill being signed into law! “.
Biasiucci assumed office after winning election in 2023 for Arizona’s 30th House District seat previously held by Robert Meza.
