On October 1, 2025, Biasiucci expressed appreciation for a major retailer’s decision to alter its food offerings: “Thank you @Walmart for removing artificial dyes/toxic chemicals from your foods. I’m proud that Arizona led the charge in removing these poisons from our schools by passing my bill, HB2164, earlier this year! And none of this is possible without @SecKennedy! #MAHA “
Later that day, he voiced support for a gubernatorial candidate with the statement: “The choice is clear! #BiggsForGovernor” (October 1, 2025).
On October 3, 2025, Biasiucci commented on an upcoming congressional race: “I agree. CD1 is very important for Arizona and I am hopeful the right candidate emerges that will keep the Republican Majority and keep President Trumps agenda in tact. “
Biasiucci was elected to represent Arizona’s 30th House District in 2023 after succeeding Robert Meza. His legislative efforts have included work on public health measures such as HB2164 aimed at removing certain chemicals from school foods.
