City of San Luis offices will be closed from November 27 to November 28, 2025, in observance of Thanksgiving Day and Native American Heritage Day. The city announced that regular business hours will resume on Monday, December 1, 2025. Emergency services will continue to operate during this period.

The city also provided updates regarding trash collection schedules. For residents whose trash is usually collected on Mondays and Thursdays, the Solid Waste Crew will pick up trash on Monday and Wednesday during the holiday week. There are no changes for those with Tuesday or Friday collection days.

Residents needing to make utility payments can do so online at www.xpressbillpay.com, by phone at 855-314-2095, through a live operator at 800-720-6847, via the self-service kiosk outside City Hall, or by using the drop box for checks or money orders outside City Hall. All payments made during the closure will be processed on the next business day.
