San Luis city offices to close November 11 for Veterans Day

City offices in San Luis, Arizona will be closed on November 11, 2025, in observance of Veterans Day. Normal business hours are set to resume on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The city has stated that emergency services will continue to operate during the holiday.

There will be no changes to residential trash collection for those with Monday and Thursday service. Residents with Tuesday and Friday routes can expect their collection on Wednesday and Friday as usual.

Residents needing to make utility payments have several options available during the closure. Payments can be made online at www.xpressbillpay.com, over the phone at 855-314-2095, with a live operator at 800-720-6847, through the self-service kiosk outside City Hall, or by using the drop box outside City Hall for checks or money orders. All payments submitted during this period will be processed on the next business day.

For water or sewer emergencies during the closure, residents are advised to contact the Police Department Communications Division at (928) 341-2420.
