The City of San Luis has introduced a new online Code Violation Digital Reporting Form aimed at making it easier for residents to report property maintenance, building, or zoning violations. The city says the form is accessible from any device and is intended to improve communication between residents and city staff while supporting community-wide standards for property upkeep.

Once a submission is made through the digital form, the Development Services Department reviews the information. Actions may include conducting site inspections or following up with property owners.

“This new reporting system demonstrates our commitment to accessibility, transparency, and responsive service,” said Jose A. Guzman, Director of Development Services. “We encourage residents to use this tool to help maintain San Luis a safe and well-kept community,” he added.

Residents can access the reporting form at https://sanluisaz.gov/codeviolation. The city also offers a step-by-step video walkthrough to help users complete the process.

City officials express appreciation for residents’ cooperation in efforts to keep San Luis clean and safe.
