The City of San Luis Economic Development Department will hold its second Small Business Resource Fair on May 29 at the Cesar Chavez Cultural Center in San Luis, Arizona. The event is scheduled from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and aims to support local entrepreneurs, small business owners, and those interested in starting a business.
The fair provides an opportunity for community members to access resources such as business counseling, mentoring, marketing strategies, workforce development, and financial analysis. Attendees can also register their businesses with the City of San Luis during the event.
A key feature this year is the recognition of the first graduating class from the Fuerza Local San Luis Business Accelerator Program. This program was designed to help new entrepreneurs develop their skills and grow their businesses locally. Armando Esparza, Director of Economic Development and Government and Foreign Affairs, said, “The Small Business Resource Fair is a cornerstone initiative to strengthen our local economy by empowering business leaders with the tools and support they need to thrive.” He continued, “This year’s event is even more special as we celebrate the success of our Fuerza Local graduates a true example of our community’s entrepreneurial spirit in action.”
