Congratulations to 1st Grade Valley View teacher Hilda Camargo for earning her National Board Certification in early literacy! National Board Certification is a voluntary, advanced teaching credential that goes beyond state licensure and certifies that the teacher has met national standards for what accomplished teachers should know and be able to do. The National Board certifies teachers who successfully complete its rigorous certification process
