Saturday, December 28, 2019 6:30-9:00 p.m.
Want to learn more about the stars and planets? Do you have any little ones curious about the cosmos? Then head to Lost Dutchman State Park for a star party!
Every year, the Superstition Astronomical League holds a public viewing to give people the opportunity to see the moon, planets, star clusters, galaxies and other astronomical phenomena using sophisticated telescopes!
Star parties are popular draws for people who want to take advantage of the chance to learn from knowledgeable and experienced local astronomers. Who knows what will be in the sky?
Admission is free with park entrance fee. Please park at Palo Verde parking lot and follow the solar lit trail to Saguaro day use. Arizona State Parks and Trails would like to thank the Superstition Astronomical League for providing this opportunity to our visitors.
