City of Somerton issued the following announcement on Sept. 15.
In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-463.05, notice is hereby given that the City of Somerton proposes to adjust Development Impact Fees currently charged by the City.
Written reports supporting the update to the impact fees, as well as the Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvement Plans are available for viewing on the City’s website at https://bit.ly/3nzQplW Hard copies are also available for review at the City Clerk’s Office, 143 N. State Avenue, Somerton, AZ 85350 or by calling (928)722-7330.
The public hearing will be held before the Somerton City Council on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at 7:00 PM at the City Council Chambers, Somerton City Hall, 143 N. State Avenue, Somerton, AZ 85350. All interested persons are invited to attend and give comments.
