First off, a very special thank you to all our YCSO volunteers & Congratulations to our 2022 Posse-man of the year: Mr. Ray Evans +For achieving 50 years of service with the Yuma County Sheriffs Office!
BIO~~~Mr. Evans joined the Sheriff’s Posse in 1972 and continues to remain an active member by attending numerous community events and mounted equine functions at the young age of 96. He has served on multiple committees for the Posse throughout the years, including being Posse Captain in 1987, and currently serves on the Sheriff’s Posse Board of Governors as an active life member. He was chosen by Posse Captain, Eric Driedger, as the 2022 Posse Man of the year for his unprecedented years of “dedication to service” to the Yuma community.~~~
We also recognized Posse Lt. Dean Morgan (last year’s Posse-man of the year) for his 25 years of service anniversary -< Hoorah!
And presented a special recognition buckle to the 2020 Posse-man of the year, Mr. Wayne Fagin - side note: mustache on point
