How many multiracial students were enrolled in Yuma Union High School District schools in 2022-23 school year?

There were 109 multiracial students enrolled in Yuma Union High School District schools in the 2022-23 school year, 2.8% more than the previous year, according to the Arizona Department of Education.

Data showed that Yuma Union High School District welcomed 11,364 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, multiracial students comprised 1% of the student body to be the third most represented ethnicity in the district.

Yuma Union High School District roughly covers schools within Yuma County and has a main office in Yuma.

Among the seven schools in Yuma Union High School District, Gila Ridge High School recorded the highest enrollment of multiracial students in the 2022-23 school year, with a total of 52 students.

A 2023 study from Scholaroo.com ranked Arizona last out of all U.S. states in terms of educational success, giving the state poor markets for school quality, student success, and teacher-to-student ratio.
