In the 2022-23 school year, 28% of Crane Elementary District students passed their AASA Math test, according to the Arizona Department of Education.

The 3,966 students who took the AASA were assessed at four proficiency levels in each subject. Those at proficiency level one and two failed the test, while students who reached the third and fourth proficiency level passed the test.

Of those who passed, most achieved proficiency level three.

Crane Elementary District roughly covers schools within Yuma County and has a main office in Yuma.

Math scores fell the most from 2019 to 2022, while language arts scores decreased to a lesser extent from 2019 to 2022, according to the Nation's Report Card.

In 2022, average scores from Arizona students were found to be inline with the national average scores for math and reading, according to the Nation's Report Card.
